You will prioritize, execute, and report on the portfolio’s health, collaborating with executives and function leaders in a matrix environment to advance strategic goals.

The role emphasizes governance, intake, prioritization, and analytics, with a focus on standardized processes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Lead complex program portfolios in gaming/tech or related field.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Expertise in portfolio management including tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for all levels of the org.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Portfolio Management standards, processes, tools, and templates.
Communicate portfolio information to diverse audiences across levels.
Maintain portfolio program and resource capacity models.
Identify interdependencies across programs and partner with Platform Business leaders.
Lead change management for top priority initiatives per governance.
Improve portfolio management processes based on stakeholder feedback.
Build and evolve portfolio analytics, reporting, and resource tracking.
