Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is seeking an experienced Staff Portfolio Manager for its Strategic Portfolio Management team in San Diego. The role focuses on developing and managing portfolio governance, prioritization, and analytics in a matrixed enterprise, coordinating with platform leaders and executives to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading complex program portfolios in gaming, technology, consumer electronics, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in portfolio management, including tools and methodologies.
• Highly organized, proactive, and can influence outcomes in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a global company and team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain portfolio management standards, processes, tools, and templates.
• Communicate portfolio information to executives and staff across levels.
• Maintain portfolio program and resource capacity models.
• Understand interdependencies across programs and partner with leaders to address cross-initiative issues.
• Act as steward for change management within top priority initiatives.
• Continuously improve portfolio management processes based on stakeholder feedback.
• Build and evolve portfolio reporting and data-driven decision processes.
