Job summary

Leidos seeks a Portfolio Manager to lead contractor staff supporting CBP PSPD, overseeing modernization and maintenance of ~20 critical systems. You will work with government counterparts and architects to create a capabilities roadmap, enable AI/Cloud enhancements, and drive on-time delivery while preserving operations.

The role requires strong DevSecOps exposure, large-scale program leadership, and a US citizen with ability to obtain CBP background clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science/IT required.
• 10+ years leading 100+ engineer teams across agile SDLC.
• Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD to improve software quality and cadence.
• Experience leading O&M of cloud-based applications and AWS/Google cloud usage.
• Proven experience integrating AI into software development lifecycle.

• Provide technical and personnel leadership for contractor staff

• Collaborate with stakeholders to roadmap capabilities and cloud/AI enhancements
