Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the Passenger Systems Program Directorate (PSPD) within CBP. You will architect, design, build, and deploy real-time, scalable systems in a cloud-enabled, Agile environment.

This hands-on role requires collaboration across teams, adherence to SDLC, and contributing to scope estimation, architecture, coding, and unit testing. Position is based in Ashburn, VA, with on-site presence twice weekly.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and 12 years of related experience or Master’s with 10 years of related experience; OR 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Must be able to maintain and obtain a CBP Background Investigation prior to start.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Experience with AI/ML as part of the software lifecycle and/or implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with Agile Scrum and SecDevOps environment.
• Experience with containerized applications, Konvoy preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience developing cloud-ready apps or migrating to the cloud.
• 2+ years in Java, JSF, JavaScript, Spring, or Selenium.
• 2+ years in 2+ of React, Angular, Redux, HTML, CSS, JSX, Bootstrap, ES6, JWT, JSON, Babel, Webpack, Axios, NPM, Node.
• Proficient in Java and JavaScript with DOM manipulation.
• Strong understanding of React and Angular core principles.
• 2+ years with Microservices/RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Axios for REST services.
• Hands-on HTML/CSS/Bootstrap experience.
• Experience with JWT authorization.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role to architect, design, build, deliver, and enhance scalable real-time systems.
• Contribute to SDLC including scope estimation, architecture, design, coding, and unit testing.
• Collaborate across teams to determine best designs based on objectives and constraints.
