Stryker is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Emergency Care business to lead the A&D product line, shaping portfolio strategy through new product development, market insights, and due diligence on M&A priorities to drive innovation and impact across the organization.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strategic plans, pricing, launches, and ROI analyses, and build strong relationships with industry leaders to support growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of professional work experience.
• Ability to work from Portage office 3× per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for the A&D product line in Emergency Care.
• Shape portfolio strategy through new product development, market insights, and due diligence on M&A priorities.
• Deliver business and marketing objectives and manage pre-commercialization plans.
• Create strategy documents: strategic plan, pre-commercialization marketing plan, product launch plans.
• Develop pricing aligned with strategy and brand positioning.
• Build financial models to support new product development funding and ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on NPDP and partnerships.
• Develop relationships with industry thought leaders and institutions.
