Job summary

SITEC Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Integrator Level 3 to stand up and execute a fast-paced, innovation-focused portfolio within the Intelligence Community. The role serves as a key advisor to Government and PEO leadership, shaping portfolio management processes, governance, and decision frameworks for rapid concept-to-execution delivery.

The ideal candidate blends DoD/IC experience with portfolio management, process innovation, acquisition know-how, and Agile execution, and

Qualifications

12+ years in DoD/IC program management, contract and/or financial management.
Experience with portfolio, program, acquisition, financial management within DoD/IC.
Ability to design and stand up portfolio management models and governance.
Experience with cost, schedule, risk, and performance analysis.
Strong understanding of agency acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and mature portfolio management operating models.
Develop portfolio intake processes, governance, and investment decision gates.
Advise leadership on prioritization, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
Support development of PMPs, SOWs, and acquisition documentation.
Apply Agile/Lean principles including SAFe and PI Planning.
Coordinate across government and industry partners to enable execution.
