Job summary

Bloomberg is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager for Portfolios to build and manage relationships with fund houses, sourcing and maintaining proprietary holdings data. You will collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to develop enhanced holdings-based terminal functionality and ensure visibility of holdings across portfolios.

This role emphasizes client engagement, data quality, and strategic input on portfolio holdings analytics within Bloomberg’s Terminal ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years + experience in financial industry or working directly with clients.
• Strong understanding of the buy-side and market data concepts.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with major fund houses to work closely with them in disclosing their proprietary portfolio holdings.
• Acquire, update & maintain high-quality holdings data.
• Work with Product, Sales, News and Engineering to help develop and improve the holdings product and portfolios functionality across the Terminal.
• Come up with innovative ideas and project proposals on Portfolio Holdings functionality.
• Attend industry events and conferences around funds and holdings.
