Job summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Portfolio Consolidation, to lead long-term financial planning and portfolio forecasting for global and US markets. You will consolidate brand and therapeutic-area forecasts, produce executive-ready scenarios, and partner with Finance, MAx, and forecast teams to ensure consistent assumptions and transparent outputs.

You will mentor junior staff and help advance AI-enabled forecasting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Forecasting methodologies and scenario design expertise.
• Python or similar analytical programming languages.
• AI-enabled, algorithmic or advanced Excel forecast models.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex quantitative information for leadership.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling; influence cross-functional partners.
• Experience leading cross-functional processes in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate brand- and therapeutic-area forecasts into enterprise portfolio view for short and long-range planning.
• Analyze variances between forecast and actuals; identify drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial Ops, Market Access, and Drug Development to align data feeds and reporting.
• Maintain documentation, templates, and workflows for portfolio consolidation and governance.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to capability-building in forecasting.
