Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Financial Management professional to lead financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic insights across multiple finance functions within a defense environment. The role focuses on integrating data from diverse systems to inform sound financial and operational decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience presenting to senior management, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
• Experienced in presenting to senior Management.
• Strong analytical and strategic/critical thinking skills.
• Experience supporting a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and develop actionable recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Establish performance‑management budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; create mitigation plans and workforce‑planning drivers.
• Consolidate results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) for monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reporting.
• Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and USGAAP policies, procedures, and controls.
