You will partner with Portfolio Management, Legal, Compliance, Technology and senior leadership to translate guidelines into actionable controls and scalable processes.

Responsibilities include daily monitoring, exception resolution, and driving automation and data enhancements to strengthen the control environment while supporting strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio compliance or related operations.
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with cross‑functional teams (PM, IR, Legal, Compliance, Technology).
• Experience with portfolio compliance monitoring platforms (Allvue preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio compliance oversight framework for a global platform.
• Interpret investment guidelines and translate into implementable rules and controls.
• Lead daily pre- and post-trade monitoring across portfolios.
• Review and resolve exceptions; escalate material issues.
• Oversee coding, testing, and validation of new compliance rules in monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Data teams.
