Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree/desirable.
• 8+ years industry experience; management experience often required.
• Experience in risk analytics, portfolio strategy, and regulatory considerations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and regulatory reporting and analyses; develop analytical methods for risk assessment.
• Analyze large datasets to improve risk-adjusted returns and portfolio performance.
• Develop segmentation and targeting for acquisition and portfolio strategies using predictive models.
• Communicate regulatory and financial accounting impacts to regulators and control functions.
• Collaborate with lines of business, Finance, and Risk to set risk appetite and policies.
• Lead and mentor teams to deliver insights and drive business decisions.
