Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field as listed.
• 1–2 years analytics experience or MBA/graduate degree.
• Strong SQL writing and complex queries.
• Experience with joins, aggregations, subqueries, data validation.
• Proficient Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with large datasets and deriving business insights.
• Familiar with Jira/Confluence for project documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze performance of lending portfolios across multiple consumer and lending products.
• Develop analytics using SQL and Python to support portfolio management, strategy development, and decision science initiatives.
• Query, validate, and analyze data from enterprise databases to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging risks.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
