PNC is seeking a Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Senior within its Community Development Banking group. The role is based in multiple locations including Denver, CO, Houston, TX, Scranton, PA, or San Francisco, CA.

You will leverage data analytics and predictive models to improve lending decisions and manage risk while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position emphasizes analytics, segmentation, and performance measurement to drive profitable growth and risk-adjusted returns.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and risk analytics for portfolio and credit risk.
• Experience with data analytics and quantitative modeling in financial services.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting and risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Review due diligence and reporting for complex deals and regulatory compliance.
• Advise customers, investors, loan syndications, and deal teams to execute transactions.
• Analyze transactions, collateral, construction requirements, and determine disbursement readiness.
• Provide financial and regulatory reporting; develop analytics for risk and performance analyses.
• Use predictive models and external data to segment and target portfolio strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and data teams to design test designs and reporting.
