Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Senior Business Unit Reporting Analyst in CityScape to analyze portfolio loans across asset classes and develop tools for efficient portfolio management. You will work with underwriting, portfolio management, and credit administration to identify credit risk and meet business-line goals, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.

The role involves data quality management, quarterly reviews, and development of reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience in CRE or asset-based Portfolio Management or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate experience, knowledge, and training in financial statement analysis. Strong portfolio management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio loans across asset classes and provide insights for management.
• Coordinate with Resort Finance team leads to implement processes and solutions for portfolio-wide insights.
• Monitor data quality and KRIs/KPIs and present findings to credit risk partners in quarterly reviews.
• Support data collection, reporting tools, and credit-related analysis for decision making and covenant monitoring.
