Job summary

Northern Bank in Massachusetts seeks a Portfolio Analyst to support the Commercial Loan Portfolio through analytics, risk monitoring, QA, and reporting. You will work with Lending, Credit Administration, Loan Operations, and Portfolio Management to ensure data accuracy and drive decision-making with timely insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred.
Banking, commercial lending, or portfolio management experience preferred.
Knowledge of loan documentation and lending regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and report on portfolio analytics, risk, and covenant compliance.
Assist with portfolio monitoring of delinquencies, line renewals, and construction projects.
Maintain data integrity and support reporting, dashboards, and tools.
Prepare periodic portfolio and management reports; support QA programs.
Assist process improvements, automation, and cross-functional initiatives.
Support special projects and ad hoc portfolio management tasks.
