Job summary

The role focuses on risk discipline, reporting accuracy, and clear governance, while collaborating closely with relationship managers and internal partners.

The ideal candidate will prepare portfolio analytics, support strategy implementation, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements in portfolio reporting and oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in portfolio analysis or investment management.
• CFA or other professional designation preferred.
• Experience with Reg 9 compliance and fiduciary standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and support reporting for client portfolios and internal strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver portfolio reporting, analytics, and performance materials.
• Demonstrate project management skills across portfolio initiatives and reporting processes.
• Construct, review, monitor, and adjust investment portfolios in line with objectives and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage portfolios within a fiduciary framework focusing on risk management.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced peers; support portfolio governance discussions.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to portfolio management and reporting.
