Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a data-driven professional to join the PDE Build team, shaping next-generation auto rating programs and delivery frameworks. You’ll support portfolio planning, capacity forecasting, and performance metrics across the delivery value stream, turning complex multi-state programs into a clear, data-driven plan.

You’ll collaborate with State Management, Program Management, Data Science, Tech, and other teams, build dashboards and tools using Power BI, Power Apps,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in math/finance/economics/insurance
• 5+ years related work experience
• Knowledge of insurance principles and concepts
• Advanced analytical/problem solving and research skills
• Effective communication for reports and presentations
• Ability to work independently and lead others
• General business processes knowledge
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and database software

Responsibilities

• Analyze planning and capacity questions and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Support portfolio planning across states and programs including sequencing and milestones
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to track delivery progress and risks
• Integrate tools like AI, Power BI, Power Apps, JIRA and Excel into workflows
