Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is building a high-visibility PDE Build team to shape next-generation auto rating programs and core frameworks used to deliver efficiently and with precision. You will research filing strategy, analyze complex questions, and develop recommendations to influence filings, processes, and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or Insurance preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Approx 5 or more years related work experience.
• Knowledge of insurance principles and concepts required.
• Advanced analytical/problem solving and research skills.
• Effective communication skills for writing reports/proposals and making presentations.
• Ability to work independently and lead others during projects.
• Knowledge of the business practices and processes.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data base software.

Responsibilities

• Research & recommend: Investigate Filing-strategy questions and synthesize your findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the team.
• Support the filing playbook: Develop a deep understanding of current filing processes, help identify and clear blockers, and contribute to decisions that make launches fast, repeatable, traceable, and accurate across all states.
• Put new tech to work: Integrate tools like AI into day-to-day workflows to boost quality, traceability, and speed-to-market.
