• Partner with Technology teams to design, test, and implement new processes.
• Produce and present actionable performance insights and ad-hoc analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Translate complex performance and returns data into clear, concise narratives for senior leadership.
• Proactively identify trends, outliers, and opportunities in performance data and surface findings to senior stakeholders.
