Are you looking for a challenge? We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst to support the Office of Naval Research, Warfare Performance Department in Arlington, VA.

Role Overview: The Warfighter Performance Department, Code 34, focuses on human and biological systems, AI, and autonomy. As a Senior Portfolio Analyst supporting the ONR, you will manage and optimize Navy's science and technology initiatives, involving strategic planning, financial oversight, and program management to advance warfighter capabilities.
Typical Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Active SECRET clearance, U.S. work authorization, Bachelor’s degree or higher, at least 10 years of portfolio or program analysis experience supporting DoD, with 5+ years in financial management of S&T programs. Experience with government financial systems, PPBE, POM processes, and budget exhibits. Proficiency with MS Office, databases, and financial analysis tools. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with classified information handling.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with PBIS, Navy ERP, and portfolio management tools. Initiative in problem-solving and quick learning of financial procedures.
