Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a data analytics leader to translate clinical and population health data into actionable insights supporting the Quadruple Aim. The role combines advanced analytics, reporting and stakeholder engagement to improve care quality, outcomes and cost efficiency.

The successful candidate will mentor teams, partner with clinical, administrative and financial stakeholders, and drive analytics projects from design to dissemination across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5 years of leading the design, execution and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting.
• 5 years with coding languages, analytical software, systems, tools and processes using claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data.
• 3 years of project leadership in a complex, matrixed environment (payer and/or provider preferred).
• 3 years of providing analytical consultation to clinical, administrative, operational and financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and dissemination of clinical and population health analyses, metrics and reports.
• Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure actionable analytics.
• Serve as a strategic business partner with thought leadership in analytics.
• Provide mentorship in technical, subject matter and business analytics.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
