• 5 years leading design, execution and dissemination of clinical/population health reporting and studies.
• 5 years with coding languages, analytic software, systems and data processes.
• 3 years of project leadership in a complex environment (payer/provider preferred).
• 3 years of analytical consultation to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, disseminate and interpret analytics and reports to identify opportunities for improving health outcomes and costs.
• Build collaborative relationships with clinical, administrative, operational, financial and technical stakeholders.
• Serve as a strategic partner with thought leadership and subject matter expertise.
• Provide mentorship to colleagues across the enterprise.
