Qualifications

• Requires 5 years leading clinical and population health analyses and reports.
• Requires 5 years using claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data.
• Requires 3 years of project leadership in a complex environment.
• Requires ability to provide analytical consultation to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supports design, development, execution and interpretation of analyses, metrics and reports to identify opportunities for improving health and outcomes.
• Establishes relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable.
• Serves as strategic business partner with thought leadership and SME.
• Provides mentorship to colleagues across the enterprise.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
