Eschenfelder Landscape seeks a detail-oriented Pool Construction Estimator to lead pricing and pre-construction for custom pool and outdoor living projects. Translate design intent into accurate estimates and work with designers, project managers, and subcontractors for a successful start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating pool construction or high-end residential projects.
• Experience with site work and outdoor living construction sequencing.
• Proficient in estimating software and Excel; CAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specs to develop cost estimates for custom pools and outdoor living projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for excavation, concrete, gunite/shotcrete, plumbing, electrical, decking, tile, and related site work.
• Solicit and negotiate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers; maintain supplier relationships.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and change order estimates using standard templates.
• Coordinate permitting and handoffs to project managers; track costs and risks.
