Eschenfelder Landscape is looking for a detail-oriented Pool Construction Estimator to lead the pre-construction process for custom pool projects. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy in estimates while protecting client investments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating pool construction or high-end residential projects.
• Strong understanding of pool construction methods and outdoor living construction sequencing.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review design plans to develop accurate cost estimates for projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for excavation, concrete, plumbing, and related work.
• Solicit and negotiate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare detailed proposals and manage the permitting process.
• Coordinate with Project Managers for accurate project handoffs.
