Eschenfelder Landscape in Park City, Utah, is seeking a detail-oriented Pool Construction Estimator to lead pricing and pre-construction for custom pool and outdoor living projects. You will translate design intent into accurate, competitive estimates that protect client investments and our reputation for excellence.

This role collaborates with designers, project managers, and subcontractors to scope work, perform quantity takeoffs, solicit bids, and manage permits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating pool construction or high-end residential projects.
• Experience with site work, pool systems, and outdoor living construction.
• Proficiency with Excel and takeoff software; CAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specs to develop cost estimates.
• Takeoff quantities for excavation, concrete, plumbing, electrical, decking, tile, and features.
• Solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers; negotiate pricing.
• Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and change orders.
