Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Pool Construction Estimator to lead pricing and pre-construction for custom pool and outdoor living projects. You will translate design intent into accurate estimates, collaborating with designers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure builds are scoped, priced, and set up for success from the first proposal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating pool construction or high-end residential projects.
• Strong understanding of pool construction methods and site work.
• Proficient with estimating software and Excel; CAD is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and manage multiple estimates.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specs to develop cost estimates for pool projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for excavation, concrete, plumbing, decking, and site work.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and subs to ensure accurate bids and smooth handoffs.
• Manage permitting processes and maintain organized estimating records.
