Qualifications

• Previous pool/beach attendant experience preferred.
• Lux resort environment experience desired.
• Ability to lead peers in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and set up loungers, umbrellas and cabanas.
• Lead by example on grooming, service and professionalism.
• Assist with daily assignments, breaks and training.
• Maintain clean, organized pool areas throughout the day.
• Monitor towels and amenities; report shortages or maintenance needs.
• Enforce pool rules and safety guidelines; report incidents.
