Job summary

Bass Pro Shops’ White River Marine Group seeks a Principal Designer to lead the Pontoon product design efforts, guiding concepts, styling, and customer experiences from ideation to production. You will provide technical and creative leadership, set standards, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and brand leadership to deliver industry-leading pontoon boats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred (Industrial Design, Product Design, Engineering, Marine Design).
• 12+ years of progressive experience in industrial/product/marine design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of advanced pontoon boat design concepts, styling themes, features, layouts, and customer experiences.
• Serve as design SME for Pontoon portfolio and help establish long-term product vision.
• Influence product strategy and roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
