Job summary
Jobot in Riverside, CA is seeking a visionary polymer chemist and/or materials scientist with a track record of success to lead formulation development and oversee polymer production initiatives at our on-site facility. Relocation is available for the right candidate, and you will shape chemistry strategies across silicone, organic rubbers, and advanced materials.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree minimum in Chemistry or other applicable scientific/engineering field.
- 5+ years in polymer formulation development.
- 5+ years in polymer manufacturing.
- Superior data analysis and report writing experience.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop new polymer formulations for product launches.
- Control of all polymer production compounds.
- Design testing methods to verify system and product capabilities.
- Optimize polymer products based on customer needs and benchmarking.
- Ensure product quality through testing of materials and processes.
- Collaborate with leadership, engineers, and operators across polymers.
