Exxon Mobil is seeking a Senior Account Manager based in Spring, Texas, to drive commercial success for our polymers product lines. This role involves managing critical client relationships, interpreting industry trends, and maximizing profitability.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will leverage your sales expertise and business judgment to drive commercial success for our polymers product lines. Your key responsibilities will include managing critical client relationships and maximizing profitability to achieve business objectives. You will also interpret industry trends to inform strategy development, identify new opportunities, and propose solutions that position EM for market success.
In this role you will represent the Sales department on cross‑functional teams, ensuring business leaders are kept informed. Additionally you will mentor and support the development of junior sales representatives, fostering their growth and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
