Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Counterintelligence Specialist to support DIA in national security initiatives. You will produce IC-coordinated all-source analyses on foreign intelligence threats and communicate them to Senior DoD and IC leaders who can act on findings.

At senior level you will lead and mentor a CI team, overseeing research on supply chain, DCIP, and emerging technology threats, with a focus on high-stakes decisions.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required or active within scope.
• Over a decade of counterintelligence experience with recent work in the last 2 years.
• Leadership of CI analytic efforts or teams demonstrated.
• Credible track record briefing senior officials on CI threats.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI analytic efforts on hard foreign intelligence problems across portfolios.
• Review CI products for analytic rigor before dissemination to senior consumers.
• Brief senior DoD, IC, and law enforcement on threats and responses.
• Mentor mid-level analysts and shape coverage of supply chain and emerging tech threats.
• Define new research approaches when reporting is thin and stakes are high.
