Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Counterintelligence (CI) Specialist/Officer to support the DIA Office of Counterintelligence in Washington, D.C. to conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive mission knowledge and relevant training completed.
• Ability to communicate understanding from complex or incomplete information.
• Structure analysis from trends across reporting and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence requirements.
• Guides design and application of analytic methodologies.
• Challenges perspectives using validated analytic methods and argument evaluation.
• Monitors political, military, and economic developments in Areas of Operational Responsibility.
• Assesses future political-military developments and military capabilities.
