Qualifications

• Ten years of directly related experience in U.S. Government intelligence, counterintelligence, military, law enforcement, or similar communities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Policy Development & Coordination: Facilitate drafting, review, and approval of organizational policies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with subject matter experts and senior leadership to drive policy initiatives.
• Policy Library Management: Maintain and enhance the policy repository and ensure accessibility.
• Operational Support: Assist policy processes, data calls, and system improvements.
