Job summary

MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst in Washington, DC to help develop and manage a comprehensive policy framework. You will coordinate policy drafts, engage with stakeholders, and maintain an accessible policy library while supporting policy system improvements.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a decade of relevant experience, and the ability to work onsite in Washington, DC with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Ten years of directly related experience in admin support within U.S. Government intelligence/counterintelligence, military, law enforcement, or similar communities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with word processing and desktop publishing software and hardware, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Policy Development & Coordination: Facilitate the drafting, review, and approval process for organizational policies and guidance documents, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts and senior leadership, to gather input, build consensus, and drive policy initiatives.
• Policy Library Management: Maintain and enhance the organization’s policy repository, ensuring documents are current, accessible, and user-friendly, and support the overall policy lifecycle.
• Operational Support: Provide essential support for policy-related processes, including managing data calls, responding to information requests, and contributing to ongoing policy system improvements.
