Job summary

Le’fant Llc. is seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst to support a federal mission focused on healthcare, benefits, and support programs for service members.

You will provide policy analysis, quality assurance, reporting, and program support while serving as the backup to the Program Manager. The role requires US citizenship, DoD background screening, and a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' policy experience or PMP/Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as public policy, political science, public administration, or business administration.
• 5+ years’ policy experience or active PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified
• 5+ years of experience supervising or overseeing large groups of personnel.
• Experience with policy planning, technical and legislative support, and quality assurance.
• Experience using databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools, with the ability to perform data and statistical analysis.
• Experience with records management and maintaining program documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct policy analysis and research related to policies, regulations, guidance, and legislative requirements; provide recommendations for updates and improvements.
• Support strategic policy planning and implementation to ensure program activities align with applicable DoD policies, federal regulations, and organizational priorities.
• Monitor program activities and support quality assurance efforts, including maintaining QA processes, identifying issues, and developing recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze program data and prepare standardized and ad hoc reports, spreadsheets, and other analytical products to support program oversight and policy decision-making.
• Coordinate and track reporting requirements to ensure accurate and timely completion of required reports, deliverables, and documentation.
• Maintain program records, databases, rosters, and knowledge repositories in accordance with applicable records management requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external organizations and federal agencies to support program activities, information sharing, and implementation of policy and program requirements.
• Support meeting planning and coordination, including agendas, materials, action items, schedules, and suspense tracking.
• Serve as the backup to the Program Manager, providing continuity of program operations and supporting program management activities as needed.
