Job summary

Oregon Health Authority (OHA) in Salem is seeking an Aid & Assist Policy Analyst 3 to lead advanced policy analysis for the Community Restoration Evaluation Unit (CREU). Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any related field; and four years of professional evaluative, analytical and planning work.
• OR equivalent combination of experience and education supporting the knowledge and skills for the classification.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative, advanced operations and policy analysis to support CREU in meeting statutory and court-ordered requirements for community restoration competency evaluations.
• Develop long-range plans, goals, objectives, and policy recommendations; evaluate program effectiveness and advise leadership on statutory, legislative, operational, and cross-system issues.
• Design and implement system improvements, evaluate service models, and communicate complex information clearly to courts and behavioral health partners.
