Job summary

Premier Enterprise Solutions seeks a seasoned policy and operational support officer for Africa and the Near East region. The role delivers high-level policy, analytic and strategic guidance to OSIP and DDI, coordinating with IC and international partners to advance intelligence initiatives.

The ideal candidate has extensive staff experience, Africa regional expertise, and a proven track record in leading complex multi-project engagements and customer-focused service delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in staff officer support roles with policy & strategy experience.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination across diverse entities.
• Experience with International Partnership & Liaison and program oversight responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Policy & Strategy Development: develop, review and revise strategy, policy and guidance related to intelligence activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination: coordinate with DIE/DoW/IC/CCMDs and partners on global intelligence issues.
• Senior Leadership Support: prepare communications, briefings, and decision memoranda for OUSW(I&S) leaders; facilitate meetings and visits.
• International Partnership & Liaison: support regional teams, manage relationship-building initiatives and liaise with FLOs.
• Program Oversight & Implementation: oversee policy implementation, planning and execution of IT/information-sharing initiatives.
