Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years relevant experience for Level 3, 12+ for Level 4, 20+ for Level 5.
• Excellent briefing and writing skills.
• Ability to work with teams or independently with minimal supervision.
• Regional/functional expertise in a geographic region of interest.
• Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a comprehensive range of operational and administrative support activities.
• Act as the primary liaison for overseas offices, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Provide operational oversight and strategic guidance for active cases and ongoing initiatives.
• Develop and recommend courses of action to support operational planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate legal, regulatory, and policy matters impacting operational cases and international offices.
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of existing cases, producing intelligence assessments from multiple classified and open-source information streams.
• Prepare and deliver concise, high-impact briefings and recommendations to senior leadership and key decision-makers.
