Job summary

Orbis Operations seeks an experienced Strategic Operations Advisor to lead program planning and evaluation for a US Intelligence Community client. The role requires subject-matter expertise, all-source analysis, and the ability to drive recommendations from research to implementation.

The position involves interaction with senior stakeholders, opportunities for overseas travel, and delivering measurable performance insights to improve mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in a consulting role in the IC or 10+ years combined IC experience.
• Experience in the South America AOR.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
• Experience as analyst/targeter/desk officer within government IC.
• Strong analytical and briefing skills.
• Familiarity with all-source intelligence analysis standards.

Responsibilities

• Consult with teammates and clients on development and implementation of process improvement tasks.
• Develop recommendations to enable achievement of vision through policy, processes, and training.
• Design research measures and data collection methods to evaluate performance of units.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Prepare visual presentations of data and analysis for stakeholders.
• Brief senior level customers on research plans, activities, findings and recommendations.
• Produce reports and presentations for senior leadership based on research plans and findings.
• Engage in all-source intelligence research, analysis, and report writing/editing.
• TDY travel as required.
