Job summary

Circle in New York seeks an accomplished events and policy professional to lead Circle’s global engagement with senior policymakers, regulators, and think tanks. You’ll coordinate high-profile events, including Davos 2027, and manage day-to-day partnerships with major institutions from the Atlantic Council to the World Economic Forum.

This role requires project leadership, flawless execution, travel up to 50%, and strong fluency with AI tools to optimize programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years planning and hosting senior-level events in policy, government affairs, think tanks, or regulatory bodies.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders.
• Clear communication and tight meeting facilitation.
• Ability to align corporate strategy with events and programs.
• Strong attention to detail and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across teams.
• Discretion and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Davos and WEF; ready to take on Davos 2027 PM.
• Fluency with generative AI models and prompt development.
• Relationship-building with think tanks, NGOs, regulators.

Responsibilities

• Own Circle’s presence at major policy and money-related gatherings, including Davos 2027, UNGA, and World Bank/IMF meetings.
• Create signature programs that unite policymakers, regulators, and industry leaders at Circle’s events.
• Manage relationships with Atlantic Council, WEF, CFR, think tanks, NGOs, regulators.
• Pursue earned media platforms and speaking opportunities for Circle’s leaders.
• Oversee VIP events lifecycle at NY headquarters from idea to on-site execution.
