Logoslabs is seeking a Senior Policy Data Analyst in the United States to transform complex criminal justice data into actionable insights. You will partner with government stakeholders to evaluate policy scenarios using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling, translating findings into practical recommendations for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of full-time professional data analysis experience.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex data extraction and analysis.
• Proficiency with Python (pandas) for data manipulation, statistics, and visualization.
• Strong statistical foundations with defensible conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex criminal justice datasets using SQL/Python to reveal trends and policy opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end analytical projects from scoping to delivery.
