Job summary

Recidiviz is seeking a high-autonomy analytics professional to design analysis guiding policy decisions rather than research findings. You will work closely with state DOC leaders and a Partnerships Lead to shape criminal justice reforms.

Build and validate statistical models from administrative data using SQL, Python, and pandas; communicate findings through executive-ready materials and adapt as projects evolve. The role offers remote/office flexibility in a mission-driven nonprofit.
