Recidiviz is seeking a data-driven analyst to examine datasets from American criminal justice systems, uncover patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights for internal teams and state partners.

In this role, you will prepare data, build clear visualizations and dashboards, and support product launches with rigorous data quality checks, contributing to a mission-driven team focused on reducing incarceration and improving outcomes.
