General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Senior Analyst Supervisor to lead the policy and legal affairs contractor team. The role focuses on writing, editorial support, and development of procedures and responses to inquiries, while supervising other contract staff within the same division.

The candidate will manage approval processes, coordinate with the data team for FOIA and inquiries, and contribute to SOPs and program guidance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in public policy, social work, law, journalism, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong copy-editing, research, and writing skills.
• Experience with immigrant, refugee, and underserved populations preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Adobe products preferred.
• MS Office tools including Excel and SharePoint.
• Experience drafting, maintaining and implementing SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Draft, edit, format, and review responses, recommendations, policies, procedures, reports, and other documents for grammar, accuracy, and compliance.
• Manage and coordinate the approval and clearance process and provide updates to leadership.
• Provide research and editorial support to the Intergovernmental Affairs team on relevant issues.
• Coordinate with data team to collect information and compile responses to FOIA requests and inquiries.
• Review and edit procedures and program guidance for various populations served by the agency.
• Coordinate internal and external reviews and compile recommendations.
• Conduct research to inform talking points, memoranda, reports, briefings, analyses, and related materials.
• Support inter-agency coordination of agency program functions.
• Develop and review content for meeting agendas, reports, and inquiries.
