Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Policy Analyst in Bethesda, MD to support our government client onsite. The role focuses on CI policy development, strategy communication, and interagency collaboration to advance national security objectives.

The position requires a TS/SCI with poly, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong analytic capabilities to prepare assessments, draft minutes, and align resources with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social, political, physical, natural or business sciences; humanities; eng/math or related field.
• Requires BS+18 years or MS+10 years or 24+ years of experience without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support Government Leads in CI policy development and strategy.
• Prepare interagency CI strategic assessments to inform national security priorities.
• Coordinate across sub-teams for monthly reports, scheduling, and SOP updates.
• Review documents for technical accuracy in Congressional actions and testimony.
• Assess intelligence capability needs, opportunities, and gaps to link resources to strategy.
• Conduct analysis to identify issues and trends and present findings.
