Job summary

Amentum in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Policy Analyst to support government-led CI policy development onsite. The role includes coordinating interagency assessments, drafting minutes, and aligning strategies with national security priorities.

The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of IC organizations, strong analytical skills, and experience in performance evaluation and strategic planning. TS/SCI with poly is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related fields.
• BS+18 years of experience or MS+10 years of experience or no degree with 24+ years of experience.
• TS/SCI w/Poly clearance.
• Extensive knowledge of IC missions to develop national-level strategies and policies.

Responsibilities

• Support Government Leads in developing CI policy and strategy.
• Assist in interagency CI strategic assessments for national security priorities.
• Support integration, planning, scheduling, and reporting across sub-teams.
• Review documents for technical corrections for Congressional actions and testimony.
• Assess IC intelligence capability needs and gaps to link resources to strategy.
• Conduct analysis to identify issues and trends.
