Job summary

Amentum seeks a Mid-Level Counterintelligence Specialist to support Offensive CI Operations across multiple DoD customers, focusing on planning, coordination, and risk assessment. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with poly potentially, and a background in CI operations and intelligence analysis.

The position emphasizes interagency collaboration, staff-level briefing responsibilities, and adherence to security and safety policies in a dynamic, contract-based environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis
• Course or Military Service equivalent
• Possess basic CI agent training or law enforcement equivalent as well as training and/or experience in the conduct of Offensive CI Operations
• Must be able to be cleared for access to a Special Access Program

Responsibilities

• Coordinates across USINDOPACOM staff elements to provide synchronized planning with J3 Planners and CI operations executors.
• Assists the ZEBRA GOLD Program Manager with the daily staffing and coordination of administrative documents to support Offensive CI Operations.
• Participates in quarterly USINDOPACOM OFCO Working Group to coordinate USINDOPACOM-FOCUSED Offensive CI operations amongst multiple agencies and partners.
• Conduct SME reviews of proposed and ongoing Offensive CI operations to advise leadership on risk vs gain.
• Provides weekly briefs to the J3, J2, J30, DJ2, and other leaders to highlight Offensive CI operations impact.
• Coordinates and deconflict CI operational activity with CCMDs and sub-unified commands to obtain feedback and validation of requirements.
• Assists in coordinating and deconflicting Offensive CI Operations to detect, deter, disrupt and counter foreign influence activities.
• Identify, author, and staff USINDOPACOM Offensive CI Operational Requirements.
