Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressively responsible experience in content production or related field.
• 3+ years experience supervising production staff and delegating assignments.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex productions from concept through delivery, with accountability for quality and timelines.
• Strong writing, storytelling, verbal communication, and creative direction skills.
• Experience coordinating talent, staff, and cross-functional partners and resolving resource conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex or high-priority productions from concept through delivery, with accountability for content quality, execution, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and evaluate story ideas, formats, and creative approaches that align with priorities and engage audiences.
• Oversee production materials and provide final review to ensure accuracy and consistency with standards.
• Direct workflows and coordinate staff, talent, resources, and partners; set priorities and resolve competing demands.
• Serve as primary production decision-maker, escalating matters when needed.
• Supervise production staff, provide coaching and performance oversight; participate in hiring.
• Collaborate with distribution and marketing to adapt content across platforms and measure performance.
• Partner with leadership to develop future programming and improve workflows.
