Bloomberg is seeking a senior podcast producer for The Big Take in New York. This 7-month contractor role guides the flagship daily podcast, shaping the narrative, mentoring staff, and ensuring editorial integrity across episodes.

You will collaborate with the Executive Producer and hosts, line-edit episodes, and develop new ideas while mentoring other producers in writing-for-audio and newsroom ethics for a fast-paced, global team.

Bloomberg Media is seeking a seasoned producer to work on its flagship daily podcast, The Big Take. In this 7 month contractor role, you'll help shape the Big Take podcast franchise. Published six days a week, the show focuses on international business and financial news. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced news environment, possesses exceptional editorial judgement and has a proven track-record in audio production and mentorship. You will collaborate with a large, global team of producers, reporters, and editors across Bloomberg's newsroom, working under the guidance of the Executive Producer.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee factual accuracy, journalistic integrity, and the narrative structure of The Big Take episodes.

Salary Range = 72- 80 USDHourly

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
